Quick apple cake

This cake takes about 20 minutes to prepare and another 45 minutes to bake. It does not involve any particular baking skill and it’s really easy and delicious.

Buy 3 yellow apples. Cut them in cubes and put them in a pam to braise with 1 spoon of cinnamon and 1 of sugar (white or brown). Sprinkle some lemons drops on top. When they are getting soft they are ready.

Remove them from the stove and let cull down.

Get 4 eggs, divide the egg yolk from the albumen which you will beat up to the point it gets fluffy.

The yolk instead will be mixed with 8 spoons of sugar, 150 grams of butter, 2 spoons of golden syrup and mix very well. Now add the eggs whites and finally 200 grams of flour with baking powder.

Finally add the apples to the mixture and oven cook for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

… And with some make up on the cake is ready to be eaten.
