Marinated shrimps on a bed of baked potatoes

Preparation: 30 minutes

Yesterday night I wanted to cook shrimps.

I though it could be a good idea to peel them off and marinate them with 1/3 lemon, finely chopped garlic and parsley, paprika and curry, salt and pepper.

 

After a while I cooked the shrimps in a pan adding half a glass of port wine. In ten minutes they were ready. In the meantime, I peeled and chopped some potatoes ready to be baked in the oven with some salt, pepper and shallots.

When the potatoes were ready, I poured over the shrimps and added some bread crumbs (optional, depending of the amount of  sauce you have). Grilled for 10 minutes and the dish was ready!!!
