You get some tomatoes or aubergines or courgettes or peppers.
You cut them in half and remove some of the interior.
You get the part of vegetables you removed and put it into a blender with, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika if you like and bread crumbs. (If you fancy you can add meat mince or ham). You will have this result.
Now stuff your vegetables with this compost and you are ready to put your dish into the oven.
After about 40 minutes, this will be the result.
