This is a traditional recipe with a bit of my personal flavour in it!
Take the squids (generally 1 kilo suitable for two people) and clean them (see google). Cut them in rings.
In a pan add shallots and garlic to fry with a bit of paprika and Worcester sauce.
Add the chopped squids, chopped parsley and cook lively blending with white wine. Then add the potatoes and the tomato puree.
40 minutes and the dish is ready.
